Parking in Wayne is definitely not "expensive," were talking a buck for 2 hours. But if you pay with the app there is a 31 cent mark up regardless of how long you park. Im paying more in extra fees than it costs to park for 30 minutes. Find a quarter and dont waste your money. Or time, the app performance isnt exactly stellar.

Used this for the first time today. After putting all my information in and confirming the machine was the right number as the one on Whoosh! I received an "Oops, error occurred." I had no confirmation that the transaction was complete and no ticket printed. I then paid at the machine just using my card and my ticket printed. Whoosh! Charged me for the park - Double paying for parking is crap. Just stupid. Wont be using this app again.

This app claims it will remind you before your time expires, but it doesnt. Perhaps its because it doesnt keep you logged in. Every time I opened the app to check my remaining time I had to log in again. Next time Ill use the timer on my phone. Two stars because adding money to the meter is more convenient with the app than without it, but Id advise parking officials that there are better apps out there.

The parking app charges you an additional fee even on an extension of your time. I normally park for more then 8 hrs and since the app wont allow us to charge more then 8hrs at a time, you get stuck with an additional .35 charge when you want to extend your time. It should be a one time fee per session not multiple.

Works for me. Can be a bit slow. But in a pinch, this app has helped me catch a train where stopping for the INCREDIBLY slow parking meters by me would have me miss it.

Five minutes twice in freezing weather and cant make it work. It needs wifi to work and most parking spots dont have it. I am carrying quarters again. Maybe where its warm Ill have more patience.

I have emailed support numerous times about my account with no answers. I cant log in and I know my username and password is correct. I cant make a new account because only one account per license plate. Pretty frustrating since I park in the city often.

Every time I go into the app I have to login...there is a 2-hour limit on the spots I park in, and even during this brief time the app logs me out. I try to pay for more parking time within the 2-hour window and I have to login. I would hope that the session time could be increased to 8 or 10 hours before another login is needed. Also, Touch ID doesnt work, even though I said I wanted to use it and confirmed the choice.

The space locator feature is wonky. Shows many different areas when you try to zero in on where you are located. Wouldnt ID my parking spot, even though I was clicking the correct parking area. Annoying bc I had to use the javine in the end.

Parking in Syracuse is so much easier now that I use Whoosh! I never have to carry change or leave work to top off the meter again!

I like the Whoosh app and it is easy to register your car and set up payment. It should, however, make a whooshing sound when I pay, because why the hell not?

Fails repeatedly with error message that says "whoosh service unavailable, check internet connection". Do I really need to find wifi to park?

Please fix the bug!!!!!!!

Great idea but did not work without wifi even with data and confusing trying to figure out what meter you should be checked in to

This is a great app but the convenience fee is more than enough to revert me back to using my card and coins.

I love the idea, but the app is very unstable. It crashes as soon as it starts.
